We use your information to provide the help center service, generate AI answers from your documentation, respond to your support requests, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Questions from your visitors and relevant passages of your documentation are sent to our AI provider solely to generate answers. We do not use your documentation content or your visitors' questions to train shared AI models.
Your documentation is yours. You can export or delete everything at any time. If you delete your account, your documentation content is removed from our systems within 30 days.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous, privacy-respecting usage measurement — no cross-site tracking cookies. We also use minimal local storage (such as your login session) to keep the app working.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts and their content are removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
